Kristeen
Kristeen Sopeju is a certified Yoga and Mindfulness Instructor who guides clients to move, breathe, and age with intention. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts with a Specialization in Gerontology.
With a deep respect for the aging process, Kristeen specializes in accessible, age-positive wellness rooted in research, compassion, and inclusive practices. From mat and chair yoga to community mindfulness circles, she blends movement, reflective inquiry, and holistic support for body and mind.
Kristeen is also a certified Mixed Ability Movement Coach, developing and leading wellness programs for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. Whether she is hosting a mindfulness workshop, designing curriculum, or holding space for transformation, she brings warmth, wisdom, and the unshakable belief that it’s never too late to thrive.
