A yoga practice
that begins
with you.
Your body. Your pace. Time and attention devoted to you.
Move, breathe and make space for yourself with a practice shaped around your needs, interests and everyday life.
Book a 15 minute conversation↗Let us talk about what you are looking for and whether we are a good fit.

You deserve to feel
comfortable in your practice.
Perhaps you are new to yoga, returning after time away or finding that a group class does not give you the attention you would like. Private sessions give us time to ask questions, explore options and discover what works for you.
You do not need to be flexible or know the poses. We begin with where you are today.
Feel welcome.
Share what matters to you, what you enjoy and anything that makes you hesitant. Your experience helps shape our work together.
Find your way to move.
Explore chair or mat yoga, gentle mobility, breathing and mindfulness, with choices that suit your body and comfort.
Take your time.
Pause, ask a question or try a different approach. There is time for clear guidance and individual attention.

More than following

I listen, observe and guide. Together, we choose a practice that reflects how you feel and what you would like to work towards.
- Chair or mat options
- Gentle movement and mobility
- Breathing and mindful awareness
- Time to rest and ask questions
Sessions are available online from the comfort of your own space.

A few questions you may have.
I have never practised yoga. Can I start privately?
Yes. Private sessions give us time to introduce movements, explain the practice and explore options together. You do not need any previous experience.
Do I have to get down on the floor?
No. We can use a chair and choose movements that suit you. We will discuss your comfort and what you need before we begin.
How do online sessions work?
We meet live online, where I guide you through the practice. You will need a suitable device, an internet connection and a clear space to move. We will discuss any equipment you may need in advance.
What if I have an injury or a health condition?
Please share any relevant movement needs when we speak. Depending on your circumstances, I may ask you to check with your health care provider before beginning. Private yoga is an educational movement practice and does not replace medical care or rehabilitation.
Can I practise with a friend or partner?
Semi private sessions may be an option. Let me know who would like to join and what you are looking for so we can discuss whether the arrangement is suitable.
What are the fees?
We will discuss current fees and session options during our conversation, before you book a private session. You can also send me a message with your questions.
Make a little space
for yourself.
You do not need to have everything figured out. Tell me what you are looking for, and we can explore the next step together.
